Our Public Sector client is seeking a Customer Compensation Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £7.65 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9.94 thereafter.

The Customer Compensation Officer is accountable for processing and managing compensation claims from Service Personnel in connection with missed appointments and failed move ins.

The job will include the processing of claims using various IT systems.

Engaging with contractors and occupants.

Dealing with queries via email and telephone.

Recording data and updating spreadsheets.

Associated administration tasks as required.

The role will require you to have clear communication skills both verbally and written. You will also be required to have excellent computer skills, with a good working knowledge of excel.

The ideal candidate will be able to exercise independent judgement in carrying out instructions and have a strong work ethic.

The rate of pay is £7.65 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9.94 thereafter. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
