My client based in Swinton are looking for a Multi Skilled Support Engineer to join their team.
Mechanical / Electrical or Electronic background is essential and ideally exposure in production.
You will be required to do the maintenance on machinery that have a very fast speed moving paper from A to B. If you have worked in mail sort / printing ect. (industries that have dealt with paper is very beneficial) OR if you are ex military my client will also look at these applications too.
You will also be required to have good I.T skills flexible to work shifts and have a stable work history.
In order to be considered for the position you must pass a credit check (candidates with a CCJ, IVA, Bankruptcy or Criminal record will not be considered) and a criminal record check. You must also be able to provide us with 10 years references this can be a mixture of both education and work. This process can take up to 5 weeks so you are aware this will not be an immediate start but will be worth the wait!
Rotating shift pattern: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm-10pm you also will be required to work Bank Holidays however this will be paid as overtime / day off in lieu.
Basic salary: £26,150 per annum, with a salary increase of up to £1,000 when you pass your probationary period.
Shift allowance of 17.5% of basic salary
