We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Centre Co-ordinator to join our team at Ashton Old Baths, our recently opened Innovation Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne. The successful candidate will join us in a part time (30 hours per week), permanent position and will receive a competitive starting salary of £15,000 per annum (£18,750 FTE) plus excellent benefits and bonus opportunities.

These are exciting times for Oxford Innovation. We are a leading operator of Business and Innovation Centres which provide office and laboratory space to growing companies throughout the UK. About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we are now recruiting an Assistant Centre Manager to join the team at Ashton Old Baths. The Assistant Centre Manager is a key part of the team, providing support to the Centre Manager in all aspects of operational, finance, marketing and sales activities, to attract new customers to the centre, ensuring retention of existing customers and increase operational effectiveness and cost savings.

This is an important operational position so experience of operations/facilities management in a fast paced commercial environment is essential.  You will have responsibility for delivering a high level of service to our customers. Plenty of support will be available but you will need excellent communication and decision making skills.

What we’re looking for in our Centre Co-ordinator

This role would suit an individual who has experience in property management, which would include sales, marketing and facilities. Responsibility for Reception is also part of this role, so exceptional customer service skills are essential. Plenty of support and training will be available but you will need to possess excellent communication and decision making skills. You should be process driven and passionate about ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to both our client and customers.
