We are currently looking for someone with previous experience working in a recruitment environment / team to undertake all operational aspects of recruitment within our organisation.
In this role, you will provide expertise, advice and guidance on all matters relating to recruitment to managers and employees across the group. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining clear and accurate records and systems, and will be expected to keep up to date with employment law with regards to employment activity.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of giving advice to a range of people in all aspects of recruitment activity. Ideally you will possess a certificate in personnel practice, CIPD or equivalent and will be familiar with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
You must be experienced in running recruitment advertising campaigns and you will be skilled at influencing managers to deliver the right solution to their recruitment needs. A full UK driving licence is also required.
