Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support (French or German)

Start Date: 4th September

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire (Commutable from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Cirencester, Stroud and surrounding areas)

Salary: GBPNegotiable (Depending on number of additional languages & experience)

Benefits: Private Healthcare, Pension, Life Assurance 22 days holiday increasing to 25 days after 1 years service, free parking.

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week (some flexibility is required to start a little earlier and finish a little later to accommodate their international customers).

About you:

The 2 most important aspects in this role is that:

- You are fluent in French or German

- You have great communication skills and can provide great customer service.

Training:

Everyone who joins the business goes through a fantastic 8-week induction piece, providing full training on all systems and processes, meaning as soon as you take your first customer call you will feel like an expert. The next training starts on the 4th September meaning candidates must be able to commit to having this as their start date.

About the role:

You will work as part of a dynamic multilingual team which will deliver a range of events and support services to multi-national blue-chip clients, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
