All of our food is great quality and prepared from fresh and we use much of our own produce as well as supporting other local producers. We serve simple, homely and hearty foods and start off with a busy breakfast service most days which remains busy through the lighter lunches at "brunch" and also, through our main lunch hour where would serve more of the homemade lunch specials. In the afternoon we offer an Afternoon Tea and serve mainly Cakes and Drinks.

Other duties in a day include completing kitchen logs such as temperature charts, stock control and labelling and a full clean down each day.

We are a busy small family business established in 2003 and have a great customer following with a lot of regular visitors.

On any day there would be a minimum 8 staff between the café/kitchen and farm shop/butchery side of the business and in all about 30 fellow new work colleagues to meet.
