My client is an established estate agency that is dedicated to putting a smile on their customer's faces, to help them move and fulfil their lifestyle dreams whilst delivering more than they expect.
They are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join their team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Someone who can build relationships with clients, confidently value properties, negotiate fees, and win new instructions. Your role will include booking viewings, supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process, dealing with day to day issue in a professional manner and with a sense of urgency whilst maintaining exceptional customer service, and negotiating offers and sales.
The company offers an amazing salary of £22,000 with the chance to earn commission with an expected OTE of £45,000.
Computer skills and previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial to your application but not essential.
