We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join the UK`s leading autism charity, within their supported living service and outreach in the B&NES area.
Your role will be to provide one to one support to adults with autism, who may live either in the community or in one of the independent flats that comprise the specialist supported living service. With some service users having very busy schedules, you will have the opportunity to take part in a wealth of activities with the person you support and to have a real positive influence on their life.
You will benefit from industry leading training and development to help you excel in this role, and be part of a fantastic team of people who love what they do.
Salary ranges from £16,224 - £17,076 per annum, based on a 40 hour contract. We also have part time hours available, paid at £7.80 - £8.21 per hour.
