Plumbing & Gas Engineer

This comprehensive property refurbishment and maintenance company provides a high quality maintenance programme (including all the general trades) to property management companies, estate agents, private clients and landlords. They now require an additional Plumbing & Gas Engineer, on a permanent and employed basis to join their highly experienced team. Their team undertake all manner of plumbing and gas work so you will benefit from interesting and varied work every day. With working hours of Monday - Friday, 8 - 5 on site and minimal out of hours work this is a fantastic opportunity to earn well and achieve a healthy work/life balance. Benefits include: Competitive salary up to GBP40,000 depending on experience, company van, fuel card, tablet and mobile phone The individual must: - be able to undertake any manner of residential plumbing work - be confident servicing and diagnosing faults on all domestic boiler brands - be confident and willing to undertake high volumes of gas safety inspections - be confident in the installation of new boilers and able to complete without assistance They are ideally looking for someone who has the following qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1 and HRT1. A full manual driving license is essential and you must be willing to travel across Surrey and London to carry out the work orders as well as being able to attend INEX team meetings at their Head Office in Byfleet.
