What will I be doing? 

As the Account Manager, you’ll guide clients through often complex and challenging web projects, as well as acting as a source of advice and information. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Get to know clients and their business objectives 
- Identify what clients need to achieve their digital technology and marketing strategies 
- Work closely with the Project Management, Design and Marketing Teams to keep clients up-to-date on the status of their projects 
- Deal with requests for reactive technical support and existing client work 
- Identify opportunities to increase existing client spend 
- Carry out regular face-to-face meetings with clients 

What do I need? 

To join this passionate and determined team, you will need: 

- Experience of working in a digital agency or similar business 
- Previous experience (agency or client-side) of web development and marketing projects 
- An understanding of website technologies, processes and the principles of digital marketing 

As our client specialises in eCommerce development and marketing, any eCommerce experience would be highly beneficial.
