They have an exciting opportunity to join the Neighbourhood Administration Team. As Neighbourhood Administrator you will provide administrative and front line support to the Neighbourhood Teams, in delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include undertaking tasks such as booking appointments, sending out letters, answering calls, filing and mail merges. You will also support and facilitate team meetings, neighbourhood meetings, send invites, co-ordinate agendas and take and circulate minutes. You will also provide support to the lettings administrator in coordinating appointments for prospective residents and making up viewing packs.
The successful candidate will have a GCSE in English language and Mathematics or the equivalent ability level in English vocabulary, English verbal reasoning and numerical skills as well as significant experience in an office environment.
You will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to use MS office systems and must have a high level of accuracy. You will be approachable, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have experience of social housing.
