Shared Lives Co-ordinator 
Salary: starting £25,945 (pro rata) 
22.5 hours, 3 days to include Fridays. 
Kingsteignton or home based if in within 5-10 mile radius Launceston/A30 

Shared Lives South West is: A growing, friendly and dynamic charity operating Shared Lives services in the South West. 

We need: an enthusiastic social care professional who can support a caseload of Shared Lives carers and the people who live with them including assessing new carers, monitoring services and raising awareness of Shared Lives in your area. 

You need to have: A formal qualification in social or health care at minimum NVQ 3 or above, experience of supporting people with disabilities, lots of enthusiasm for the Shared Lives model and a willingness to travel across East Cornwall, Plymouth, Torbay and West Devon area.

You can either be based in our Devon office in Kingsteignton or work from your home base (subject to being within a 5-10 mile radius of Launceston/A30).
