I am currently working on a brand new role for my client who are based in scenic location in Great Dunmow. They are a Lighting company who have been established for over 20 years and are looking to expand and develop their sales team, to reflect the increasing demands in the lighting market.
You'll be required to make a minimum of 40 outbound calls a day, you'll need to arrange visits to secure contracts and deals with clients (so confidence on the phone is essential and ambition is key!). These will involve cold and warm-calling clients, producing quotations, and providing great customer service throughout the entire process.
If you've had experience within a B2B sales environment, this'll be advantageous but not essential.
On the job training will be given for the right candidate, along with training on technical and product knowledge.
