We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our forward thinking team. The purpose of the role is to provide advice and guidance on a comprehensive range of HR services to departments, managers and staff across the organisation.
You will be available to support others on HR policy and procedural issues to include sickness management, disciplinary, capability, recruitment and employment conditions. Undertaking all operational aspects of HR, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining personnel information, ensuring that all information is kept securely.
The successful candidate will already have proven experience of giving advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of HR issues. Ideally holding a certificate in personnel practice, CIPD or equivalent, you will have good working knowledge of HR systems and will be confident supporting colleagues.
Please note, a full UK driving licence is required.
