SES Business Water is a licenced water retailer to businesses and other organisations in England and Scotland.  With over 150 years of local water supply experience the business is taking advantage of new legislation allowing the business to operate nationally for the first time.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join our team that handles operational and service enquiries. You will support the services being provided to our existing customer base by dealing with their enquiries about the services we provide and the charges we make.
 
Our Customer Service Advisors speak to customers on a frequent basis to respond to their phone and email enquiries.  We seek to resolve matters promptly, efficiently and courteously.  Where customers have been disappointed with our service, then we aim to re-establish a better relationship by making things right straight away.
 
Delivering an excellent customer experience is a given in our business and hence our first priority is to identify someone who we feel can achieve this.  Ideally, you will already have had some experience of working in a role where you have handled customer calls, perhaps in a contact centre environment. 
 
Experience of Customer Service activities in utilities would be a real positive, but not essential.  We will train you in all aspects of what we do.  We would welcome applications from anyone who has experience of billing, collections, or operational aspects of a local or national service related business.  It is essential that you communicate confidently, that you are highly organised, and have a good level of competency in IT with excellent MS Office skills.
