Development Programme Assistant - Permanent, 22.5 Hours per week - Salary - £12,538 - £13,976 per annum plus a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme (FTE £20,619 – £22,984) - North Walsham      

Grade 3      

Our client is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.       

They are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the provision of excellent customer service, along with strong administration experience, to join their busy Development Team. The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and access to their own transport.       

This varied position will:       

Assist with the management and delivery of the development programme in order to support our client in the implementation of its development strategy and achievement of its corporate objectives.

Provide support to the Development Team in the provision of the development programme.
Provide assistance to ensure that the Trust’s activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for performance, quality management, health and safety, legal and regulatory requirements, and general duty of care.
