Field Sales Manager - Fareham - £30k to £35k basic DOE + uncapped bonus
Brook Street is thrilled to be working with a successful and growing tech and computer manufacturer that are looking for a tech-minded experienced B2B field sales Manager to join their office based in Fareham. Our client design and manufacture computers and technology for challenging environments. Due to their ongoing, exceptional growth they are now looking for a confident and driven sales person who has a passion in technology and sales.
To support company growth, a new senior position has arisen for an Field Sales Manager to manage the sales team to drive sales growth
Benefits:
Commission: Uncapped, Performance Related Based on Commission Structure
Holidays: 28 days Personal & Public Holidays, Additional Holidays accrued tenure proportionate

Essential Requirements:
- Currently in a field sales management role with a minimum of 5+ years track record.
- Proven experience in delivering own sales and team target in excess of £20million+
- Strong leadership style able to coach and mentor high performance teams.
- Consultative/solution orientated B2B selling experience ideally with computing equipment.
- Well established and polished customer facing sales skills with excellent problem solving skills
- Commercially astute with a sound understanding of business processes and an abundance of common sense.
- Excellent organisational skills in the areas of time management and work scheduling/prioritisation.
