Our client offers a range of innovative office solutions and products. They are now looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Croydon.

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will support the smooth running of our client’s purchasing process.
In this key role, you’ll raise and place purchase orders across a wide range of products from a large number of suppliers. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team and to strict deadlines.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Obtaining supplier invoices
- Progressing purchase order due dates
- Assisting with the collation of product data, including images, bar codes, weights and dimensions
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- Administration experience
- A good understanding of MS applications, especially Excel and Word
Highly organised and proactive, as a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail. A positive attitude and strong team-working abilities are also key.
