This is a fantastic opportunity for a Children`s Residential Home, Assistant manager to join a well established company. They are leader in the field providing support and education to the young people and value staff welfare and progression is important.
You will provide support to the Deputy Manager, Team and Young People in your care this will include supporting the Young People with their vital education. You will also be a positive role model.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in shift leading, be able to use your initiative when necessary, have excellent organisational skills and hold a minimum of a Level 3 Children and Young People`s Workforce.
You must be flexible to work on a rota. You must be creative with a good sense of humour. Reliability and empathy whilst maintaining a professional demeanour is also essential.
The salary for the role is £21,000 with excellent training and development. They also offer a wide range of benefits.
