Senior Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Ownership for the maintenance of all UK, Irish, Luxembourg and Australian scheme documentation
  • Management of investment guidelines process for existing and new funds
  • Project involvement in fund launch, closure and merger process
• Ownership for the ongoing annual product review process across all pooled funds
• Oversight of the registration of pooled funds in Europe (and Asia) for sale
• Management of investment guidelines process (existing and new)
• Management of relevant regulatory change initiatives
• Project involvement in fund launch, closure, merger and introduction of new share classes
• Oversight of registration of pooled funds including maintenance of registrations, co-ordination of business approval for new submissions and updates of documentation for translators/regulators.
• Responding to ad hoc product queries from all areas of the business
• Manage team of one and allocation of product manager resource

Experience & Qualifications

• Have a demonstrable track record of working within a Product Management/Development function within the asset management arena
• Good working knowledge of European/Irish/UK fund (product) regulatory environment
• Have attained industry core professional qualification for that of a practicing investment professional e.g. Investment Management Certificate (IMC), Investment Administration Award (IAQ - Merit Award)
• Exceptional project management skills. An ability and willingness to take on new and unexpected tasks, often to meet tight timescales
• Analytical thinker with ability to contribute comprehensive research and analysis
• Educated to degree standard
• Experience pf managing a small team
