The county's leading nature conservation charity has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Charity Shop Team in Leek.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of charity retail and working at a supervisory level.
In this 'hands on' role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the shops day-to-day operations, including stock processing, vibrant window displays, financial transactions and both staff & volunteer management.
The successful candidate will have a passion for charity retail and drive to maximise sales, control expenditure and generating stock, whilst ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the business.
