Section Engineer - Civil Engineering
Our client is one of the country's largest privately owned contractors within annual turnover in excess GBP5billion per annum and with interests across all aspects of construction. They are continually looking towards the future with heavy investment in new innovation and are always looking to make sure they are their people are at the cutting edge of their industry.
They are currently at the initial stages of a high profile construction projects in the Somerset area which is a GBP3billion new section to a power station.
They are currently looking for a Section Engineer to work alongside a Section Site Agent on a GBP50milllion pound reinforced concrete section of works and to supervise the works of the site engineers. You will be required to liaise will various other people on site such as resident engineer, clerk of works, site foreperson and works managers. You will need to demonstrate excellent record keeping and be able to communicate at all levels.
