37.5 hour per week. Rota/shift pattern
An exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Team Manager to join a busy national contact centre has become available based North of Norwich.
Motivating, coaching and mentoring team members is a key requirements of the role. You will work collaboratively with the management team to contribute to the high performing centre, maintaining the business ethos.
You will be responsible for developing your team to give them the best career development, along with this you will;
* Have an excellent understanding of the organisation products , services, procedures and guideline and effectively communicate and coach team members
* Monitor calls and performance across the team
* Carry out 1 to 1s on a regular basis ensuring that they are clearly documented and the individual understands areas of development and delivery expectations
* Motivate team to deliver targets
* Carry out effective absence management
Previous experience of management, coaching or progressing individuals is essential along with;
* Keeping calm in a fast paced environment
* Lead by example demonstrating the company standards and ethos at all times
* Excellent decision making skills and good judgement
* Previous customer focused roles would b an advantage
