KS4 Maths Teacher - Tadcaster

Principal Teachers are working in partnership with a secondary school in the Tadcaster area. The Head Teacher is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to deliver an inspiring KS4 curriculum to students in Years 10 and 11. The school currently has a long term vacancy commencing in October for at least 2 terms. As part of the Maths Department, you will be required to plan and deliver a stimulating curriculum that will engage, motivate, challenge and support students with diverse needs and abilities. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate meticulous assessment skills to provide a personalised curriculum that will drive GCSE results forward and identify next steps for progression.This vibrant secondary school in Tadcaster is well resourced and has an extremely successful and experienced Maths Department. You will be welcomed into a team where you will be fully supported and can work collaboratively to share best practice. The successful applicant will need to show a genuine passion for the subject and create engaging learning opportunities that will instil a love of learning Maths in all students of varying abilities.
