The Role:
The Internal Sales Manager will be leading by example within the development of new business and seeking out prospective clients within the IT Security industry. You will have a growing team and be encouraged to take a differentiated, client-led approach into this highly competitive market place to allow for opportunities to be maximized and capitalised upon. This role will be managing an internal team of up to 12 account managers and the Internal Sales Manager will be required to get heavily involved in the coaching sessions.
The Candidate:
The ideal Internal Sales Manager must have experience managing a sales team. Experience selling IT Security or computer hardware is desirable, but not essential. Excellent written English and strong communication skills, among exceptional leadership skills are essential. The Internal Sales Manager will have an in-depth understanding of coaching and management. The candidate must be immaculately presented.
