Regulatory Business Analyst

Regulatory Business Analyst - up to GBP53,000 base + package

*This is a permanent position*

My client is a leading bank who are currently looking to grow out their regulations team in their Knutsford office. They are particularly interested in Business Analysts who have worked on large scale regulatory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within the Regulatory Change Management Team as a Business Analyst to deliver regulatory change projects

• Liaising with stakeholders from across the business to gather their requirements, understand processes and provide solutions

• Relationship building and stakeholder management

• Facilitating workshops

• Designing Target Operating Models/agreeing to changes to the TOM's processes and procedures

• Acting as a liaison between the business and the IT team, ensuring an open communication and clear understanding

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a Business Analyst

• Must have experience working on large scale regulations, ideally GDPR or MiFID II

• Degree educated (minimum 2:1)

• Experience working on regulatory impact assessments

• Must have experience designing Target Operating Models

• ISEB Business Analyst qualification or equivalent

• Previously worked in either a financial services or insurance company

• Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment

• Able to work in an ambiguous environment

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to liaise with stakeholders from across the business
