Job purpose:
Co-ordinate and manage a team to provide an effective flexible, efficient and qualitative administrative support service to operational teams through the utilisation of Action for Children's policies and procedures to enable the achievement of service objectives.

The Role
" Achieve the highest standards of safeguarding, whether through direct care provision or support activities to the children and young people who come into contact with our services, or by appropriately reporting concerns about any child or young person
" Lead and manage a team of administrative staff across the cluster to deliver high quality and customer focused support service that facilitates the achievement of the team and service goals by ensuring workloads are allocated appropriately across the team and to staff and senior management to action.

" Working with senior management to monitor contract performance to report on outcomes achieved against performance criteria, preparing reports to highlight achievements and variances.

" Manage the delivery of a range of administrative services i.e. general clerical and front desk services, meetings management, maintenance of information and database systems, utilising appropriate digital technology systems (including Microsoft office packages) and other services to enable operational management and staff to achieve their service/and personal objectives.

" Support the timely and accurate processing, collating, monitoring and interpreting of financial, statistical, budgetary information liaising and management reports working with the Commercial Team/Management Accountants and central departments.
