To undertake all aspects relating to the process engineering design of air separation plants, including support for manufacturing and sales.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Based in Aldershot, international business travel when required
2. Evaluate customer requirements, specifications and RFQs (request for quotation) in respect of process design
3. Proprietary component sizing, specification, evaluation and selection
4. Prepare process calculations and estimates for utility consumption and product flow (plant operating specifications)
5. Prepare all process documentation, including PFDs and P&IDs
6. Evaluation of actual plant performance

• Ability to identify and solve engineering problems
• Strong relationship development skills
• Service and support mentality
• Self motivation
Knowledge Skills & Experience
• Background in process plant design in gas or air processes
• Computer literate:
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
• Experience with process simulation such as UNISIM. and equipment sizing programmes
• Understanding of instrumentation and control philosophies in support of the process and plant operating specifications
• Able to organise and prioritise own workload effectively
• Strong influencing and presentation skills
Education/Qualifications
• Chemical Engineer (either a BSc/BEng or Chem. Eng with Hons)
