Job Title: Treasury Administrator

Hours: 37.5
Contract Type: 6 month FTC
Job Context and Purpose: This role is to work as part of the Treasury & Sales Ledger team providing an effective, stream-lined and customer focussed service. Ensuring that all income is correctly allocated to customer accounts on a timely basis and that all cashbook and bank transactions are identified, controlled, accounted for and reconciled in accordance with Anchor policies and procedures.
Knowledge:
-
Knowledge of the Sales Ledger & Cashbook function and an understanding of the stewardship and control requirements in managing cash.

Knowledge of the requirements of internal controls and segregation of duties with regards to cash, receivables and payments.

Knowledge of Anchor policies and procedures for cash, banking, payments, debt and invoicing including the delegation of authority.
Skills:

Good communication skills, and computer literacy.

Strong customer focus with a high standard of service.

A high degree of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve reconciliation issues.

Experience of working in a team in a high volume transaction processing environment.
