Car Sales Executive - Weston Super Mare
Due to the continued expansion of our client’s business, they are now seeking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their successful Sales team. With sites in Bristol & Weston-Super-Mare, selling in excess of 600 cars a month from a continually growing and varied stock, our client is the largest independent dealership and offers the right sales person a fantastic opportunity to succeed.
Our client is one of only 250 RAC approved dealers in the country and each car they sell undergoes an RAC 82-point check, giving you confidence that you are selling cars that are safe and reliable. Full and continued training in these products and in ITC compliance is given to ensure you have all the tools you need to help the customer choose the right car and products for them.
A proven track record for car sales and a passion for customer satisfaction is key to joining their team.
Minimum requirements for Sales Executive position: 1 year car sales experience, drivers licence
In return for your skills you will receive:
- £15k basic (rising to £18k with CSI and sales achievements) + competitive commission structure £45k OTE+
- 20 days of annual leave and 8 statutory BH (day off in lieu for bank holidays worked)
- Holiday pay commission of £60 per day
- 5.5 day working week (split shifts 8.30 – 6pm and 11am – 8pm)
