We're looking for customer-focused individuals with recent experience of providing specialist level debt advice to join us as Advisers and deliver a professional, pragmatic and impartial service to a range of audiences.

Our specialist debt advice teams provide professional, in-depth debt advice covering a wide range of enquiries. The service operates between 9-5 Monday to Friday, with advisers offering live support to clients on a rota basis throughout the week. About the Role

As a Specialist Debt Adviser, you'll be responsible for handling phone and email enquiries to the service, using diagnostic questioning to fully establish the caller's enquiry and providing detailed and timely responses. We'll also rely on you to identify and act upon any emergency enquiries and prioritise your workload accordingly. Helping our Team Leaders to produce written and on-line content and provide service users with the latest developments in debt regulation, policy and good practice will be important too. And, you'll do it all on on a rota basis, thus ensuring the services is available during its specified opening hours.

About you

We're looking for a proven relevant background that includes providing casework support and supervision. You'll also need proven experience of preparing, planning and producing written and online advice content. Proactive, results-driven and collaborative in your approach, you're not afraid to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas, methods and processes where appropriate. What's more, you have good typing skills and proficiency using Microsoft office applications and case management and reporting systems.
