Operations Manager require for our client a specialist Transport Refrigeration Company who offer service, maintenance and repair of transport refrigeration systems. They currently require an Operations Manager to be based locally to the Burnley area.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the service / after-sales department, ensuring maintenance and breakdown contracts are delivered to the highest standard. Day to day duties for the Operations Manager will include managing operations activities, engineer and sub-contractor organisation, monitoring KPI's, resolve customer issues, identifying training needs and developing engineering team further.
The Operations Manager will ideally have knowledge of commercial refrigeration or transport refrigeration systems.

- Previous experience as an Operations Manager
- Commercial Refrigeration or Transport Refrigeration knowledge
- Based within a commutable distance of Burnley

- Salary GBP38,000 - GBP46,000
- Pension
- Holiday 20 days + BH
- 40 hours per week
