We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team based in Southwark.

Within this role, you will supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of a Repairs and Maintenance contract. You will also be responsible for a team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors, coupled with experience of managing H&S in the working environment. With experience of working in Social Housing, you should also possess a trade City & Guilds qualification and will have knowledge of Housing repairs and improvements, measured term contracts and schedule of rates.

Although not essential, experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client would be beneficial, along with management experience in a similar operation.

The successful candidate will also be part of Outs of Hours supervisor rota.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 1/2 hour lunch

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
