Durrants is a long established independent firm of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, & Property Management Consultants established in 1853. We operate from five offices in Norfolk & Suffolk and have representation in London. We also have our own dedicated Auction Rooms in Beccles.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary/Administrator extraordinaire to join our friendly team in Harleston.
This role is a new role, giving you the chance to make it your own. It’ll be busy but rewarding as alongside our Chairman’s secretary you juggle the secretarial and research needs of the Agricultural and Commercial departments whilst also handling the administration function and management of block rental properties.
You’ll need to be naturally confident as this role involves dealing with enquiries from the general public, both in person and over the telephone and proficient typing and strong IT skills are essential.
Salary: c£18,000 depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.30pm (with an hour for lunch)
