They are experts in harnessing the power of their 'Internet of Things' platform to create insightful reporting, enabling customers to drive business growth, efficiency and profit. Our clients wealth of experience allows them to constantly re-evaluate and lead the way in developing IOT solutions which work for their customers.

They are currently looking for experienced Data Input/Administrators with a keen eye for detail, to join the Customer Experience team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.

These roles will deliver key administration support within a fast paced, data driven environment, ensuring the production of accurate and timely reports whilst delivering great customer service.

It is essential that candidates can use their own initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively within their team, whilst navigating the in-house systems. It is essential that candidates have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and highly developed keyboard skills which allow them to work quickly and accurately when recording/transferring data.

The successful candidates will display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as they will be required to communicate with internal and external customers over the telephone as well as via email.

Previous experience of working in a fast paced, data driven environment and experience of undertaking calibrations calls is desirable, however full training will be provided.

Working pattern: 35 hours (Mon – Fri)

Salary: £14,000 pa
