East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is the charity providing a helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) for the people of East Anglia. Since our launch in 2000 we have attended over 20,000 lifesaving missions, touching the lives of many thousands of people.
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 p.a.
Contract: Full time
As the new Facilities Officer at our Cambridge base you will help to deliver outstanding customer service, offering that critical first impression to our base visitors and staff. You will ensure the building is well stocked with consumables, meetings rooms are prepared and that you are available to personally escort visitors through security to reach our office.
In addition, whilst the base is no hotel we manage sleeping accommodation for our clinical team so you will be responsible for some housekeeping duties including laundry stock management and booking of the sleeping quarters.
With the wider Facilities Team based in another location, you will balance the demands of servicing the Cambridge office with other Charity-wide projects and responsibilities.
An excellent communicator with an ability to work well autonomously you will draw on your existing customer service experience to provide a positive and efficient service.
