We now require an efficient, self-motivated Contract Administrator to administer and bill contracts in an accurate and efficient manner.
Highly numerate and literate with good PC skills, you will be responsible for ensuring all billing procedures are adhered to. You will have proven experience in an administrative role and have great customer service skills.

The main responsibilities of the role will include updating terms of contracts as required, invoicing monthly contracts, handling customer enquiries to ensure revenue collection is received promptly, and generally ensuring our billing accounts are run seamlessly. You will also have the opportunity to assist with relevant projects when the need arises.

Key tasks of the role:

-Ensuring the Billing & Termination and Upgrade & Settlement processes adhere to Company procedures and customer contractual requirements.
-Administering the Customer Query process in an accurate and timely manner to ensure resolutions meet customer satisfaction requirements.
-Supporting the Team Leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met.
-Reducing total open queries and query resolution time in-line with departmental targets.
-Processing contract administration amendments.
-Administering the credit and rebill process after gaining the appropriate approval.
