Now, they’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join their dedicated team in Camberley.

Based in our client’s swanky new office, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team who share their knowledge and take a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 

You will receive excellent on-the-job training to support your professional development and will have the chance to play a key role in the company’s day-to-day operations. 

Your Role: 

As a Finance Assistant, you’ll manage P/L and reconcile bank accounts for the business. 

Supporting the Finance Manager, you will: 

- Post all transactions 
- Bank cheques 
- Process the supplier payment run 
- Post and reconcile employee expenses 
- Review credit and debtor control accounts 
- Respond to supplier and customer queries 
- Prepare the sales statistics report 
- Perform a range of admin tasks 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 


- A degree (or equivalent) in finance OR experience as a finance assistant and/or accountant
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel 
- Great interpersonal and communication skills 
- Excellent attention to detail 
- Superb time-management abilities
