A vacancy exists within First City Nursing and Care - To successfully lead and manage our vibrant Cheltenham office; we are a dynamic recruitment agency offering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to healthcare establishments and individuals within their own homes. This post is to forge strong relationships with staff and care providers in the local area.
The main priority of this role is to ensure growth is maintained and targets are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience as a branch manager within the recruitment industry
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Healthcare experience
• Proven track record of busiess development
• Be adept, self-motivated, persistent and diligent
• Business Development and negotiation
• High levels of customer service
• Understand CQC outcomes, the Care Act and Care Certificate.
