This Centre is managed from Liverpool and delivered in partnership with the Universities of Bath, Cambridge, Loughborough, Oxford, Sheffield and Southampton. The Academic Manager will be based in Liverpool and will be responsible for the day to day running of the CDT. You will have a wide range of high level responsibilities including academic curriculum development, design and delivery of postgraduate taught material, financial planning and budgeting, quality control and external liaison/development. You will work closely with the CDT-PV Board, Directors, advisory panels, a pool exceeding 30 academic supervisors, and with our 11 industrial partners. Our students are at the heart of what we do, so the manager is expected to offer them continuous support, as individuals and in terms of progression and monitoring requirements.
