Nursery Practitioner
If you are a fun, caring and friendly natured individual who's looking for a stepping stone to progress in teaching career in the future, Class People are looking for passionate individuals to work in various nursery settings around Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and parts of Cotswolds.
Class People are looking for a bright, caring natured individual who's
- enthusiastic and imaginative to read the same story many times and still be animated and excited by it
- creative, to think outside the box and make anything in the world with a cardboard box
- friendly and kind, who can simultaneously catch a child, hug a child and make another child smile
- confident and has a song for every occasion.
You must have an Early Years qualification.
Knowledgeable about child development, the EYFS statutory framework and the Ofsted inspection framework.
Reliable, flexible and able to use your own initiative along with being resourceful and creative.
A team player, who can contribute ideas but also embrace those of others.
Able to accept challenge and change to practice.
