We have an opening for a Fleet Management Assistant for our Wolverhampton based client.

You will have a working technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and excellent communication skills.
Working as part of team you will manage the compliance and management of the fleet in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.
Duties to include -
Managing and issuing Purchase Orders
Co-ordinating the recovery of breakdowns to ensure they are dealt with efficiently
Organising MOTs and taxation of vehicles
Maintain records of vehicle documentation ensuring compliance and conformity
Working with other internal departments ensuring customer SLA's are met
Supporting customer service department when required
Candidates must have a background in a technical HGV / Commercial Vehicle role, strong communication skills and be PC literate.
In return for your skills and knowledge our client is offering a competitive salary of £30 - £35K depending on level of experience, annual bonus and 33 holidays per annum.
