Starting Salary £17,396 (Includes unsociable hours allowance), increasing to £19,805 after successfully passing probation and becoming a fully effective advisor.

This is a fast developing new area for the business where you would be responsible for working with Npower's Smart Meter Customers, managing a range of inbound queries and offering technical support when needed. You will be given full training to equip you with everything you need to deliver a customer experience that is second to none.
The position is a permanent role based at Npower's state of the art customer service centre in Houghton-le-Spring, near Durham

About you
Whilst contact centre experience is desirable, you don't need to have worked in a call centre before as Npower do all the training. However, we do need people with excellent customer service skills and experience of managing technical queries either over the phone or face to face.
Working Hours
To ensure Npower are available when their customer's need them, successful individuals will join Npower on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37hrs a week Monday - Friday with 1:3 Saturdays. Working hours are between 10:15am & 8:00pm on a weekday and 8:00am and 6:00pm on a Saturday.
Successful candidates working a late shift will also be entitled to the additional unsociable hours allowance of £1,329 per annum.
