Automotive Service Advisor required in Bath

Salary GBP18,000-GBP23,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus
Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, 9am-1pm Saturdays (on rota)

I am currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service / Aftersales Advisor to join our Clients Luxury Main Dealership in Bath.

About the role:
Liaising with customers face to face and on the telephone
Liaising with other departments within the dealership
Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required on their vehicles in a professional manner
Providing advice on estimate costs of repairs or works to be undertaken
To sell additional products, appropriate to customers' needs
Advice on timescales and vehicle collection arrangements

About you - The ideal candidate must have:
Preferably 12 month's current, or recent experience in a Main Dealer environment as a Service Advisor
Excellent customer communication skills (face to face and telephone)
A genuine passion to deliver customer satisfaction and represent a high-end brand
Kerridge Trained
The ability to work well in a team
Outstanding computer and administration skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A stable career history
A full UK driving licence
