An enthusiastic and motivational person responsible for assisting shoot teams of Photographers, Stylists, Models and Videographers in the studio. Help the photographic teams on various projects to meet both internal and client deadlines on a daily basis. Ensure that all images are delivered to a high standard and maintain contact with clients in order to develop and nurture studio/client relationships.

SPECIFIC TASKS:

  • Update trackers and records of numbers and volumes of product and shots to ensure clients, retouches and accounts team can clearly identify chargeable volume.
  • Lead the photography team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis pushing them to deliver to time deadlines and volumes required.
  • Provide the daily communication channel between the shoot and the retouch team using processes in situ but also offering new solutions and ideas where relevant to improve process, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain all studio briefs to ensure sets are prepared, models booked, H&MAs booked, team all briefed and everything in place ready for client.
  • Act as key contact with all clients from shoot perspective / account head.
  • Plan and oversee the flow of product and imagery at all stages of the shoot process. Through shoot day planning with individual clients, scheduling and ownership of the workflow with allocation of most appropriate shoot team to each job.
  • Schedule model castings / model and freelance bookings when necessary.
  • Motivate the team to inspire confidence in our clients and push their creative ideas.
  • QC all imagery leaving the studio in terms of imagery quality (creativity and style guide correctness).
  • Demonstrate studio flexibility in accordance to seasonal and business demand across client accounts.
  • Attend client meetings when necessary to deliver clear briefs, ensuring to relate all relevant info. back to team.
  • Maintain state of orderliness in studio for impromptu client visits - always left tidy end of day.
  • Oversee shoot sets upkeep and maintenance including awareness of health and safety requirements (fire marshal / first aider etc.)
  • Responsible for allocation of studio keys, knowing who has them and who is opening and locking up each day.
  • Be aware of business opportunities when they arise and communicate ideas with management.
  • Actively seek to widen knowledge of clients.

  • Interest in fashion / photography
  • Strong time management skills, organised and focused but with a great eye for detail.
  • Big on initiative, a positive person who's proactive, full of energy and always up for a challenge.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Xcel, Word etc.
  • Full clean driving license.
