Our client is a beautiful waterfront caf?? in the wonderful city of Bristol, always brimming with business. With a forte of traditional English food with a twist, their breakfasts, brunch and sweet treats wow their customers 7 days a week enticing them to come back, week in week out.
The Role
* Day time hours finishing at no later than 16:30pm - what more could you want as a hard-working Head Chef?!
* A fantastic salary of GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
* Work in a beautiful location with wonderful views
* Create well-loved dishes for loyal customers using fresh ingredients
The Ideal Candidate
I am looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, passionate chef to lead a small brigade of chefs within a busy running kitchen.
* Will have experience with working in a high-volume kitchen
* Is comfortable with working within a small team of chefs and is a good team player
* Will be knowledgeable of food safety and kitchen hygiene and have a qualification of Level 2 +
* Can lead and motivate the brigade and keep morale high
