Action Together for stronger communities in Oldham and Tameside

At Action Together we believe local people have the power to improve lives, particularly through collective action. We deliver:

• Practical support to create socially active communities
• Specialist services to strengthen the voluntary and community sector
• Opportunities to make connections across public, private, and not for profit sectors to enhance local services and influence change
• Projects e.g. Community fundraising, asset based community development projects, volunteering initiatives.

We are recruiting a team that will support and connect communities to enable people to access the help they need to improve their health and wellbeing.

Action Together has been commissioned to deliver both the social prescribing and asset based approaches programmes for Tameside. We are recruiting a whole new team to support this work.
