Salary: £17,850 + discretionary bonus of up to 15%
Hours: 40 hours a week (5 days a week on a rota including weekends)

A retail client are looking for a Customer Service Retail Assistant the join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be target driven and able to deal with customers face to face and over the telephone.
You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for most of their customers; driving sales and achieving KPI's, selling merchandise and insurance, following up enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs and dealing with administration and ensuring all store standards are maintained.
You will be flexible with working hours as this will include some weekend working. In return, you will receive quarterly bonus`, be enrolled onto the company`s pension scheme and have free parking.
