Senior Care Worker - Guaranteed Contract Hours

This local, independent, care agency works across the Maidenhead area providing care support to the elderly in their own home. They have an excellent record with their staff, their customers and the CQC for doing things properly and they are currently looking for applicants as Senior Care Workers as we continue to grow their business.

The role requires a blend of supervision, training and management responsibilities for care staff as they visit customers in their own homes. Senior Carers also work providing hands on care support to elderly customers with a variety of tasks from personal care, companionship, meal preparations and domestic tasks.

They offer a guaranteed 30 hours/week contract plus opportunity for overtime.

Pay & Bonuses
- Hourly rates of £10.14 for weekday, £10.93 for weekday evening work and £12.05 for weekend work
- They pay on-call duties at £112.50/week
- They pay travel time at £7.50/hr for travel between calls
- They also offer a company car with mileage at 10p/mile or mileage at 30p/mile in your own car
- 4% monthly attendance bonus and after 6 months good service they will pay at 8%
- They have their own pension scheme
- They will provide you with a mobile phone and a uniform for work

Essential requirements for the role
- More than 2 year's hands on experience in the care sector, preferably with the elderly
- Good communications skills to customers and staff
- A caring nature
- UK Driving Licence and access to an insured car for work
