Customer Services (English / Dutch / German / French Speaking)
I am currently looking for Customer Service staff for ongoing temporary work.
If you have customer service experience and you can speak either Dutch, English, French or German at a native level then WE NEED YOU....
My client is a market leader in one of the leading suppliers of arts & crafts and supply schools, playgroups and organisations in the UK, they offer over 4,000 items through their website and catalogues.
This vacancy is based in the Customer Service team and your duties will be as follows:
Handling customer orders, enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, company and marketplace websites in Dutch and English.
Processing customer refunds and returns including investigative enquiries and taking appropriate action to resolve.
Liaising with appointed delivery companies and track orders as necessary.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews/comments and report any recurring issues.
General administration such as mailing list cleaning.
Liaising with key departments including warehouse and purchasing as and when necessary.
Participate on occasional outbound call campaigns.
Translate catalogue and web content into Dutch and participate in content checking and marketing related activities as and when required.
Skills required are as follows:
Fluency in Dutch and English / French and English / German and English / English
(spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
Confident , proactive personality with ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
Computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Able to compose well written emails.
Previous experience in a busy call centre of an e-commerce business or mail order company would be an advantage.
